I went inside to place an order, and it took 35 minutes to receive my food. To make matters worse, the entire order was wrong! At first, I thought they had given me someone else's order, but that wasn’t the case—they just weren't paying attention to the instructions. Everything I had asked to be left off was still included in the food. I even had to go back because they somehow forgot to include an entire meal. When I returned to get it corrected, the staff gave me an attitude. This place needs to retrain their entire staff or hire new employees because this is unacceptable! And they think they deserve to be paid more? Unbelievable!
I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. This has happened to me three times now. After paying for my order, I was informed at the second window that they didn’t have any of it. Are you serious? Why isn’t there a system in place to confirm availability before charging customers for items they don’t actually have? It’s utterly absurd! This establishment really needs to sort itself out.
My girlfriend and I recently had lunch at McDonald's, a place we usually enjoy without any issues. However, this time, as she was almost finished with her Big Mac, she found a hair in her sandwich, which made her unable to continue eating it. I believe the staff preparing the food should wear hairnets or something similar to prevent this from happening. Just a suggestion.
I used the easy-to-navigate touch screen to place my order. Although it took about 20 minutes for my meal to arrive, my drink was missing when it did. After I pointed this out, the staff promptly resolved the issue. I had a chicken sandwich, fries, and a chocolate shake, all of which were typical McDonald's fare.

I visited the restaurant at 4:30 in the morning and wanted to order a caramel frappuccino. Unfortunately, they couldn't process my order because it wasn't showing up on their system. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even say goodbye when I left. Overall, I found the customer service to be quite rude.
I visited McDonald's at 8 AM and noticed leftover French fries on the floor. The bathroom was in a terrible condition, and the floor looked like it had only been wiped down with grease. This location definitely needs to be inspected by the owner or the health department.
Fries were cold and unsalted. Inedible. Very unsatisfied with meal. Usually this McDonald is very good. Everyone has an off day.
The team deserves a huge shoutout for handling a full house on Friday night with just three staff members! Amazing job!

The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was accurate. I couldn't ask for much more than that!
