After ordering my Big Breakfast. I was given a table number and I found a seat. The manager, (a black lady) brought my food after about 10 minutes. I ask her could I have a pack of syrup for my hotcakes, and some salt and pepper for my eggs. She said,I've gave you one pack of syrup, if you want another, that will be 28cents. She said it loud enough for the whole restaurant heard it. I payed for the syrup, and got my meal. She was rude, and now if you want 1 extra pack of condiments, you have topay? Yall need to put that on a sign, so you won't have people to embarrass your customers...Won't eat here again. Me and my 9kids will eat somewhere else
9-7-19 Monday 16:30. First time at this point. The restaurant looked different than I was. More modern. The lady I met was polite and helpful in selecting my order. The location could have been cleaner. It wasn't terrible, just some food under tables and chairs from creepy people. Easy. The consistency of the foods was similar to any other place where I was. “In time” I came to this place, it was not bad overall and I would return to this place. I have read other articles and have not experienced some of their problems they have experienced in the past today. If something changes in future visits, I will be repost.
The lady that took our order was rude. As I was placing my order she kept cutting me off. Order took way longer than expected. Ordered a quarter pounder meal, 2 cheeseburger meal, and adult happy meal. Didnt realize an extra sauce cost .28 and the ladywas so rude when she said it. Took about 13 to 14 minutes or so to get our food. As the lady brought our food to the car she wasusing her bare hands to see what was inside the bag. The entire experience was bad. I will never stop here again. I suggest theywork on customer service at this location.
Lakita, the night manager, is outstanding. I always feel welcomed when she’s on shift, regardless of the time of day. Her presence enhances the atmosphere, and everything seems to flow seamlessly. Sadly, the other managers don’t offer the same level of care for customers or employees. Lakita genuinely values both her customers and her team.

On my first visit to the restaurant, I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience, including the quality of the food and the service. I particularly appreciated the young man who was cleaning the dining area; he was very friendly and stayed active while I was there at 12:15 PM on July 5, 2017.
Five employees stood behind the counter staring at me while I waited to place my order. No one else was in line. After a full minute of listening to them ask each other where Josh was, I left. If you want to pay cash inside, call ahead and make anappointment for when Josh is there.
This place has went so far down hill. You should just say put whatever you want on my burger and just throw some fries in the bag. And definitely request the meat that?s been sitting there all day..oh nvm you?re going to get that anyway.
The food is good, but the two young guys with long hair at the front who handle the register are quite strange. It’s puzzling why they would work in customer service given their awkwardness around people.

It's an average McDonald's. It can satisfy your needs in a pinch, but otherwise, you might want to consider dining somewhere else.
Great place to stop mid day. Not too busy, and the staff is friendly.
