Went there today to get 2 breakfast sandwiches around 6am in the drive thru. Pulled around to swing in to use the restrooms real quick before heading back home, and as soon as I opened the front door, I was met with the smell of BO and gross. There were about 5 homeless individuals just hanging in the lobby. When I went into the ladies room, there was a woman standing there giving herself a sink bath half naked, and another in the handicap stall waiting her turn. Gross. The smell was horrific. As soon as we got home we threw all our food away and decided to cook breakfast instead. I don’t feel like our food was prepared in a food-safe environment. There are plenty of McD’s in town…just don’t...
My orders are consistently messed up, especially by the morning crew. I specifically requested no onions due to a digestive issue, yet they still added a full cup of them. They often forget my breakfast sauces as well. The security guard, an older white guy who looks quite thin, seems to be on a power trip. The manager, another white guy with glasses and black hair, is unhelpful and ineffective. I would rather go to Industrial Boulevard than return here. Additionally, the restaurant attracts some unpleasant customers who are disrespectful and unkempt, and I’m not just talking about homeless individuals.
When thru drive thru. Order two burgers just onion. Received two burgers with everything but onions. I had the lady read it by and it was correct. At the pick up again I asked that it be correct. Yes sir! Than put in wait line within a few minutes there were five us in line waiting. After 8 or 10 minutes one lady brings all the food out at once. So some of the orders waited inside so they could bring them all at same time. That let them get cold like mine. Other issues this is enought.
I stopped by today to try a shamrock Oreo McFlurry, and after I had already paid at the drive-thru, I realized that all they did was put vanilla ice cream in a McDonald's cup and pile the toppings on top without stirring it. This was the worst McDonald's experience I've had!

I went through the drive-thru and the service was excellent—very polite staff. However, the food was disappointing and overpriced. They now charge for extra onions, but they didn't even make it onto the sandwich. The bread was also smashed and dry.
Yalls are so lazy you didn't even give me curbside, and my chicken Sammy was horid, about 1 inch of mayo and brown wilted lettuce, close to being coleslaw. And the fries were soggy and limp. Worst chicken Sammy
they always forget something with my order!!!
They were not helpful with my problem.
