I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TONIGHT AT THE McDonalds in BEL AIR, THEY HAD THE A NEW KIND OF STUPID PERSON WORKING THE COUNTER REGISTER, IT FIRST STARTED WITH THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME WHEN I GOT THERE SHE HAD A LITTLE THAT WAS GETTING KIND OF ANSY SO SHE WAS TRYING TO KEEP HIM ENTERTAINED WHILE WAITING ON HER ORDER, SHE HAD ORDERED 2 DOUBLE HAMBURGERS ON KETCHUP AND ONION AND SHE CHECKED THEM BEFORE SHE LEFT AND THEY WERE NORMAL DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS HER SON HAS A SEVERE ALLERGY TO DAIRY THAT COULD HAVE BEEN UGLY SO SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL THE CASHIER ONCE AGAIN WHAT SHE WANTED AND THE CASHIER TOOK THE DOUBLES OVER TO WHERE THEY ASEMBLE THE ORDERS AND SET THEM DOWN AND SAID I DON'T KNOW WHAT...
I've usually enjoyed this McDonald's, but that changed tonight. I went through the drive-thru to get a sweet tea. A guy took my order and my payment, but when I reached the second window, the girl there was too busy chatting and laughing with a guy to pay attention to me. She handed me my drink without saying a word—no greeting, no goodbye—just went right back to laughing. When I took a sip after pulling away, it tasted like cleaning solution or soap! I guess that's what all the laughter was about. Terrible service! I won’t be returning.
My husband asked for a fresh grilled chicken snack wrap, but the manager (and I use that term loosely) was quite rude to him. Normally, he wouldn’t request something to be made fresh, but after his last experience with a dry and hard wrap, I completely understand why he wanted something better this time. This will be our final visit to this McDonald's. To the manager on duty today (12/3/16) at 1:15 PM, you really need to work on your attitude.
I had a fantastic experience today! I felt a little nervous seeing the long line stretching out to the road, but it moved quickly. My curbside order was ready on time, and the food was fresh! The woman who brought my order was very friendly as well.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were able to place our order quickly and got exactly what we wanted! We will definitely come back next time!
From now on, I’ll be going to Burger King for my quick burger cravings—they consistently serve their burgers hot and fresh every time.
I really enjoyed the sweet tea and the fries. While the sweet tea can sometimes vary in quality, it’s still delicious overall.
The service here is quick and friendly. I've never had to wait long for my food, and my order is always accurate.
