Could be a nice McDonald?s but I called about the play place, they said the have one but didn?t tell me it was closed until I drove to have lunch with the family. Also as we sat down they brought us someone else order, when they realized they messed upthey took the bag and gave it to the correct person? no new meal was made for him and in the era of Covid that?s a littleconcerning. Finally if you select to eat in-store there are not treys or anything, you get you food in a To go bag and nothingelse. Good luck hope your experience is better.
There was no one at the counter to take our orders, and the kiosk was out of service. There was no tea available in the lobby, and it took 20 minutes to receive our simple order. The staff seemed unmotivated and didn't acknowledge our presence. The floors throughout the entire restaurant and restrooms were extremely greasy and slippery. It was quite unpleasant.
The service from the female shift manager was disappointing. She declined to take our order manually and asked us to sit at a table with a number, but then didn't serve us; she just shouted our order. Quite disappointing. Additionally, the play area is still closed—let the kids enjoy it at their own risk.
This is McDonalds, you have a child? The child wants a Happy Meal? This is the place to go. Sure, it is about as healthy as cardboard, yes, it is generally only barely edible. Still, it has a toy and makes them happy. No surprises, nothing overlyspecial, exactly what you expect, and at least warm.
