Let me start by saying I'm rarely in this area. So I came through the drive at like 11pm'ish thru a couple of weeks ago give or take and ordered my food, which included two plain mcdoubles with mac sauce. So just meat cheese and Mac sauce. When I paid theguy at the window said the receipts were coming out blank so it's pointless and I said ok that's fine and he threw it away. Iget all the way home and they made them normal and added Mac sauce. I called and talked to a nice lady on the phone and she saidshe would write my name in a book saying I had gotten the wrong food and no receipt due to the receipts coming out blank at thedrive thru. This McDonald?s has to be one of the worst in maryland or at least all of anne arundel county. The food isn?t ever hot, it isn?t ever fresh, it?s hardly correct even if you don?t custom order anything and you?re lucky if you get everything that you order.Call the store about any of these problems and their responses while you can just come by and get something to replace it theynever account for the fact that you waste your time and money doing so, nor do they care that you have to waste your time andmoney doing so or that they waste your time and money doing so. They're always pretty chill about late night orders, especially. Got a woman last night taking our order that was super sweet and patient with us (had a slightly large order, so appreciated???? Really not too much to say other than that. They're fast,believe they're open 24 hours (could be wrong on that, don't quote me on it and 9/10 times they're super sweet about evenlarger orders.
Another great experience! Young Man with black wire frame glasses was beautiful! Very patient getting my small special order. Order correct hot! TY! This is the best of several McDonalds I frequent. Order always correct. Food fresh hot. Staff alwaysfriendly helpful (even telling me how to order get the best deal). TY!!

I'm giving 5 stars primarily because the woman working the night drive-thru is exceptionally friendly. The evening staff appear overwhelmed and understaffed, and I really hope they get the support they need soon.
All the workers are talking out loud and the manger was right there. One girl at the driver thru WD talking to the other girl about her baby's father wants to shoot heir baby. What a worst place I've ever been
My favorite is their Big Breakfast with Steak and Hotcakes. Only $7.09. And yes, it does come with a Crispy Hash brown. I usually come here 3-4 times a week.
