You really need to section off the drive thru lane so cars aren’t able to cut off cars that are already in line. I’ve seen cars cut in front of the line coming from the CVS side, and cars drive around the line as you enter the drive thru lane and jump ahead of everyone else. I’ve suggested this to several managers and the response is “ok, I’ll let someone know.”Picked up dinner today and got cold food and rude employees- including the manager. This McDonald's is absolutely the worst! What used to be a convenient and good value is neither at this location. I placed an order through the McDonald's app just five minutes before arriving and opted for curbside pickup. After pulling into the designated curbside spot and checking in on the app, I waited for twenty minutes—during which the drive-thru lane cleared out—without receiving my food, and I had a hungry child in the car. I placed a straightforward order: a nugget kids meal, a number 7, and an Oreo McFlurry. However, I received the wrong side with the kids meal and no sauce. Additionally, I didn't get the McFlurry at the drive-thru, so I had to park and go inside. I noticed that everyone except one employee was on their phone. When I requested the McFlurry, the employee handed me the ice cream with the Oreo crumbled on top, but I had to specifically ask her to mix it. Each time I visit this McDonald's, the service seems to get worse.
Worst one I've been to waited 15 min in the drive thru I ordered 2 iced coffees an 2 sandwichs. Was told to park an waited another 20 min while watching countless others get served an driving off. I go in and the manager claims someone came in an took my food while inside the firecrew show up to cause they burnt the hell out of mc muffins and continued to serve them regardless. Terrible. Cashier had the personality of a stick. Got 2 large fries... I think they were a day old. I said Can I get fresh fries please, these are terrible She snatched them out of my hand, shot me a dirty look, slammed them in the trash can and gave me two fresh ones without a word. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and extremely dry, clearly having been left out for hours. On a positive note, my granddaughter loves the 6 or 10-piece Happy Meal, and that's the only reason I continue to visit this restaurant.
This is the slowest service I think I have ever experienced. 23 to make a quarter pounder and a McChicken. No fries, no drink. Just 2 sandwiches. 22 minutes at 615 in the evening. You people are pathetic.
