Always check your order before driving off. They get things wrong more often than right. When asking for anything extra like napkins or ketchup the short tempered staff roll their eyes. They ask you to pull into a parking spot while they make your order because they're in no hurry. There's nobody in line or the parking lot but they're busy doing God knows what. At this McDonald's you're not the priority. You're rude for thinking so
The worst customer service in jersey. The food is ok it’s McDonald’s. Worst experience going thru the drive thru. I was trying to place an order and the girl at the drive thru would not let me speak. She kept adding food on her own and asking me if everything on the screen is correct. I went to Wendy’s instead. McDonald on 22 is way better
My friend and I were walking past this McDonald's tonight and decided to order from the drive-thru. However, they refused to serve us, insisting that you need to be in a car to place an order. The employee even came to the window to reinforce their "no car, no service" policy. It was pretty funny, to be honest!
Placed mobile order for two cheeseburgers at 3:56pm. App said they were ready at 3:59. Reality: nobody bothered to cook the burgers until I complained at 4:17, after standing at the counter for 20 minutes. Final time to prepare a two-burger order: 25 minutes! Réservez une table maintenant
27 dollars for 2 hotcake meals and a number 4 and i had to supply my own butter, ketchup and put my own cheese on the number 4 when i got home. What a disgrace. How can you workers demand a better wage when u can't even follow the most simple of orders?
This is, in my opinion, the worst restaurant I've ever been to. There's never anything ready, and they consistently serve you the wrong items. The managers also behave poorly. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
They ask you to pull out the drivethru to wait for your order! Yet, they forget you condiments that you ASK FOR! THEN, have to go back- inside the store to get what THEY FORGOT TO GIVE YOU! ??!
5 stars because it’s a typical McDonald’s with typical McDonald’s food comparing with other fast food restaurants and the service was fine and restaurant was clean. Réservez une table maintenant
