The McDonald’s is clean and large. We stopped by as we were walking to our hotel. The machine printed my ticket wrong since the tape dispenser was as put in upside down(they fixed it afterwards). So they had to find my order so I can pay cash. I paid for a €26.40 meal with €40 and received 10.60 back. Fortunately I counted and had to go ask for the rest of my change. Knowing that they are in a tourist city, their tv screen is not working that displays what’s being prepared and which orders are ready. An absolutely surreal evening, spoiled by the presence of a dozen teenagers who came to occupy the seats without consuming. Noisy, even though the restaurant was not very busy, several of them started smoking, even in front of a manager who came to make a comment to them (apart from the fact that they were annoying and disturbing). I tend to adhere to the “come as you are” concept, but this was a little too much for our taste. We cut our meal short, telling ourselves that this is a place to avoid... À fuir. Le restaurant est fréquenté principalement par des étudiants locaux. Ils arrivent en groupes, ne consomment pas et fument tranquillement à l’intérieur. Le manager est inefficace, tout comme la sécurité. Et pour couronner le tout, des toxicomanes squattent la plupart du temps dans les toilettes. Bravo à tout le personnel. Ambiance : 1.
Un accueil chaleureux et un service rapide et propre chez McDonald's, où nous avons pu célébrer l'anniversaire de son enfant, accueilli par un hôte compétent. Les enfants étaient ravis. Le gâteau offert, en plus d'un cadeau pour l'enfant, ainsi que des sacs surprises pour les autres enfants, ont parfaitement complété le menu.
