Westfield mcdonalds has lost the personal touch. I went through drive thru. I noticed that I was the 3rd person to go through drive thru and had to walk into the restaurant because the order was wrong. Took me about 5 minutes to get someone's attention because there is no one up front because of the kiosk service. As I waited after I finally got someones attention, people were leaving in anger waiting for someone to help. My breakfast sandwich was burnt and my slushie was more juice than slush. The containers in the bag were open in the bag, the fries werent even in their bag, just spilled in the bag. I understand places get busy but that doesnt mean they have to be sloppy.
They never fill a fry. Ever, this picture which you can see in the photos section, is straight out of the bag, and there was only 1 fry in the bag. It's like they constantly just want to fill a fry half full. I have never once received a full fry from this location, and I've never had this problem at any other McDonald's, anywhere. I now remember why I stopped coming here.
