Did you really ask about ketchup? I actually asked for napkins. I ordered a burger without cheese and waited 10 minutes. When I finally opened the box, even though there was a “no cheese” sticker on it, I found three pieces of cheese inside. I had to return to the store and bring back the burger. They made me a new one, but by then the fries were already cold and inedible. They didn’t even offer to replace them. This isn't the first time I've had an issue like this. I won’t be coming back! Terrible service, poor management, lacking listening skills, and unfriendly attitudes!
Summary: This location requires better training. We ordered through the drive-thru, but had to go inside because they missed part of our order. My husband even repeated his order to the cashier at the window, who asked if we were getting a Happy Meal. We went inside to retrieve the missing items, but they got it wrong not once, but twice. Once we got back to the car, we discovered that the order they gave us was incorrect as well. Needless to say, I didn't go back in.
The employees at this McDonald's are wonderful, but the store is clearly understaffed. At 9 PM, there were only three workers on duty, causing the drive-thru line to stretch all the way around the building. Online orders were also delayed. If the store can't maintain adequate staffing after a certain hour, it shouldn't remain open late. The district manager should be held accountable for permitting such poor working conditions.
The McMuffin at McDonald's is fantastic, but this McDonald's location lacks a guest-focused approach and friendliness. The atmosphere is definitely not inviting or welcoming for dining in. The menu offers great options, but the overall experience could be improved with better customer service.

It never disappoints. I really should have checked my entire order before leaving, but I didn't, so I take some of the blame. Still, it's incredible how this location consistently fails to get my order right. How difficult can it be? 10/10 for consistency, but it’s frustrating!
The service was exceptional! The food was so delicious, it brought out the child in me, completely captivated like a kid with an iPad. This experience made me feel like I’m truly enjoying life to the fullest. My three kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this restaurant!
I ended up getting my Dr Pepper for the price of the one-dollar sweet tea. Two large drinks and a McChicken cost $4.56, which is just a dollar more than I expected. They didn’t even add tomato like I usually like. It definitely would have gone over my $5 budget.
I always enjoy a great breakfast at McDonald's. I requested tomatoes and received two slices! That speaks volumes about their service. The staff is very fast and efficient, allowing for a quick in-and-out experience!

It took 15 minutes to receive just two cheeseburgers, a fry, and a Big Mac. We won’t be returning at night ever again. The daytime service is good, but the night shift definitely needs retraining.
