I went there for lunch. The person handing my drink was rude . He was a young boy I’m guessing . With dark hair and glasses . He handed my large drink not even close to full. He then proceeded to hand my food over . I asked for two packets of sauce and was charged and only got one . It took a few mins to even get his attention while the window was open and he was right there he then said go to the third window . Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s.
The nuggets could have been fresher, but the staff was great and efficient. The service was quick, which was a plus. The reason for giving only 3 stars is because there was a cowboy outside wearing a safety jacket. I was eating with my kids when a woman with a bad attitude ordered, and as we were leaving, the cowboy approached us at the window and accused us of being homeless. It was a very confusing experience. Please address this issue.
I arrived early in the morning at the Wal-Mart car center and needed to wait for work to be done on my car, so I chose to have breakfast at McDonald's. I appreciate the self-service terminals for ordering food, which I find convenient. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. My only downside was that orders weren't called out in the lobby; instead, they were placed on the counter for customers to collect.
I had to stop in at the Wal-Mart auto center early in the morning and while waiting for work on my car popped over here for breakfast. They provide the self-serve terminals, which I am always a big fan of when it cones to ordering food. The storeitself was clean and well maintained. Nuggets could be fresher but great staff. Fast and quick. Dies order correct. Only reason it's 3 stars is because some bald guy out front with security jacket. Bothered me while my kids use bathroom band wife ordered food. We just got here out of state.Traveling and he came to window claiming we homeless we have to move. I was so confused. Please remove him.
Wow, totally rude staff, window 1 just was $8.36 no hi no buy NOTHING. Window 2 was worse the kid was holding my food out the window didn't even look at me. With all of the options in that area it would be in someone's best interest to invest time incustomer service. No, it wasn't busy there was one car in front of me and nobody behind me.
The manager from this store put my life in danger. She called someone to come pullout a gun on me and my little. Sistershe didnt want to give me My 20 piece that i paid for and didn?t want to give me refund. I asked tto get my food remade the curlyhair guy said we are busy can?t you see the manager should have never been a manager
Went to buy just 2 fappes the machine was down witch was totally understandable! what really ticked me off was I asked them to cancel the order (I did use the mobile app) the guy told me to just drive off and it would be refunded so I did.
