I arrive with a colleague for our lunch, it is 2:30 p.m. when we validate our order on the terminal.. Time passes......, at 3:05 p.m. I get up to ask to see the manager. I told this young lady that it's been 30 minutes since we ordered and we still haven't been served. If I hadn't gotten up I don't think we would have ever been served. She answers me, oh well, it was on the side without the fries and the drink. They had to reorder because obviously everything was cold.. Shameful to make customers wait more than 30 minutes and no commercial gesture on your part.
