I've decided to stop going to this McDonald's, even though it's just around the corner from my house. The staff, mainly young people, often come off as rude and seem uninterested in their jobs. I've had multiple problems with bad coffee, average food, and incorrect orders, even after addressing these issues with the manager. I used to visit every morning on my way to work, but after so many frustrating experiences, I've chosen to go to Starbucks, which is only a few blocks away. If I'm going to spend over $3.00 on coffee that doesn't meet my standards, I'd rather drive a bit further and pay just 45 cents more for a delicious, freshly brewed cup.
I had a terrible experience this morning at breakfast. I pre-ordered through the app while at home. When we arrived, we went inside and sat at a table. I updated the app to indicate that we were dining in and opted for table service for order number 116. My order was straightforward: two big breakfasts and two drinks. However, our food came in a plastic takeout bag with no utensils, salt and pepper, napkins, or jelly included. We were told we had to ask separately for those items. It’s unbelievable that they expect customers to dine in without any of the basics!
This is the best McDonald's to visit! The staff are incredibly friendly, and I've never had any issues here. The machines are consistently well-maintained, and the fries are always perfect! The Hi-C drink is also delicious! I always request scrambled eggs on my sausage McMuffin, and they're always happy to accommodate me. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! I made a special visit to McDonald's in honor of my mom, who passed away on Thursday. This location often lets me down, but today was a different experience. The warm welcome I received truly stood out and made a big difference. I feel grateful. The menu was just as comforting as ever.

This McDonald's has really disappointed us with its customer service, especially given the hot weather. We ordered three cold drinks to cool off, only to be informed that they had no ice. Instead, we ended up with three lukewarm drinks. It was a letdown!
I chose this McDonald's because they prepare the food just how it should be for customers. The only thing I miss is the drive-thru staff who used to say "thank you!"
The French fries are consistently fresh, and the restaurant is maintained exceptionally well, including the restrooms. The service is outstanding!
The customer service here is exceptionally quick and welcoming. I truly love this restaurant!
