So we went to this McDonald's at like 1 am. It is a 24 hr. Store. As soon as I ordered chicken nugget's, I was told the car in front of me just what the last ones . Then I proceeded to give them my order which consisted of a few cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches and a couple of sodas. When we got to pay the girl at the window said I'm so sorry but we don't have all of your order and I said that's fine just give me what you have I have to bring home something. Then she said oh I'm sorry but my manager said I can't take any more orders because we have to get ready for breakfast. Roaches! I came through the drive thru waited 10min plus even tho they have a building full of employees, ordered 2 for 6 quarter ponders my girlfriend open her box to find a baby roach completely nasty. This McDonald's has completely fallen they used to be perfect now their just a mess it's terrible ! Please people avoid this store till they get their staff, management, maintenance and clean their store. Roaches just shows they aren't cleaning or reporting to management about it, if theirs babys theirs a whole family hiding.
Constantly have to walk out of this location... horrible management.. Being a manager is the past at a McDonald's, it's not a hard job and i was very good at it. My staff was happy, customers very happy ?. Food has always been garbage, but that's on McDonald's corporate choosing to use toxic ingredients in their food ?. Wish they'd all close down! Or renamed to Monsanto's!!!!
I had a problem with ordering online at this restaurant. I was informed that I had already used a deal when I had not, resulting in me not receiving the discount. Unfortunately, nobody was willing to assist me in finding a resolution, even though it was only my second time using the app. I typically give great reviews, but this experience completely ruined my lunch.

The female employees at the drive-thru were very friendly, but it took 11 minutes to receive our order of one Big Mac, one plain Quarter Pounder with cheese, and two fries. When we finally got our food, the worker assured us it was fresh. However, when we got home (which is very close by), the food was actually cold when we took it out of the bag.
This place has the worst customer service. Filled with a bunch of Karen's. I have never heard employees complain so much. If you dont like the job, just quit. I had ordered some breakfast for my church. The food was nasty. Pieces of hair in some of the burgers. We had to throw away most of the food.
I went thru drive thru. When I got to the window to pay the girl was sitting down. I drive a tundra. It's pretty big. She was rude. Didn't thank me. I got to get pick up window and the lady was amazing . A+ in customer service for the lady at the pick up window. F- for the lady taking that money
that's the worst commercial place I've ever been. we stopped to get a shake and fixed in the hard drive thru no one had commanded. I went in while my man was stuck in the car. the help wouldn't talk to me when I asked her if they were to accept. the workers were rude and lazy.

Sat in line forever at the drive through. When I pulled up there were 2 cars in each line, they kept taking 2 orders from the left line and one from the right. Guess which line I was in. Then they turned my QPC Deluxe into a chicken deluxe and my diet coke into a coke.
The restaurant is terrible. There is always a long wait. It's not difficult to see why. I would never come back. The staff are clueless. The food is just okay.
