My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed overly rushed and didn't give me enough time to place my order. When I attempted to share some feedback, they were discourteous and defensive. To add to the frustration, they forgot part of my order on two separate occasions. In the future, I will be sure to check my bag before leaving. While the interior is pleasant and well-maintained, some staff members really need to work on their customer service skills. I won't be returning, and I plan to take my son elsewhere next time.
I visited McDonald's around 11:10 PM, and the drive-thru was illuminated when I arrived. However, I waited for 10 minutes without anyone answering. Eventually, I drove up to the last window and knocked on the glass. Someone finally came over and informed me that they were closed, despite their posted hours indicating they were open until midnight. There were also four cars behind me, all waiting to pick up online orders.
I called this restaurant to ask about their hours and if they offered 20 additional nuggets. The person who answered my call seemed to find my inquiry funny and mentioned that she was tired of receiving calls. We were just looking for information about their hours and menu options. It would be appreciated if McDonald's could look into this matter. Thank you.
I really enjoy McDonald's. The location is excellent, and the service is quite fast. The staff is friendly as well. Just make sure to check your order before leaving, as I've had occasions where I had to return home only to find out that my order was incomplete. Réservez une table maintenant
