Food was cold, manager was rude, sarcastic laughed at us when we returned the food, refused to do anything about it. When I told her it wasn’t appropriate for a manager to speak to customers like this she said “I’m now refusing to speak to you” and got on with her work whilst laughing at us to her colleagues. I ordered a McSpicy and my partner a McCrispy. Neither of us had ordered this before as we are not frequent users. I ate mine (in a box labelled McSpicy) , my partner started on fries and cheese dips. I commented that mine wasn’t very spicy! I finished it as I was hungry. My partner then started his burger which he spat out as he said it was spicy. Apparently the staff can’t read and had put our burgers in the wrong boxes! Good evening I m writing to let you know I am very discussed with the McDonald!!!! I went there with my family and in my meal inside my Chicken burger meal was a Mouse poo!!!!! I will make sure this McDonald will shutdown!!!! For costumer safety!!!!! No one from the workers even apologized!!!!I I will make further action on Lakeside McDonald, 2 of the staff members wasn't even helping me or be kind!!! Ordered 2 Filet of Fish and they were disgusting. They weren't in the normal toasted bun with the shiny top. The bun looked like they'd run out and popped to Tesco to get some bread rolls. The bun was dry and tasteless and not toasted. The fish in both was dark and dried out like cardboard and there was barely any sauce in either of them. This is the 3rd time now I've been served up this dried up mess. I love filets and was really looking forward to it. Really disappointed abd won't bother again.

Don't bother going here! (Well, not if you want to be served anytime soon anyway). Had to give 1 star because 0 stars not an option. Only stopped in to drive through for a snack after a tiresome 2 hour journey. Waited in drive through for ages. Then got to order point and waited another 5 minutes but nobody took our order. No acknowledgement we were even there or a request to wait a moment. Gave up. Drove away and went somewhere else.
Wait was over 20 minutes for 2 happy meals for our kids. They now hire people that can’t read numbers as they guy called out 88 and the number was 86. You need to sort it out as our 4 year old can tell numbers better than your worker and then got told by an other worker that they called out the number. Really you need to be there in order to state it and also get your numbers correct.
Every time I get a takeaway from this restaurant there is always something missing when I get home. My fault for not checking but I should not have to. Today the 3 apple pies I ordered were missing.
Avoid at all costs. I’d give it a lower rating or no rating at all if I could. This restaurant couldn’t arrange a p*ss up in a brewery if they tried

Not too bad problem finding it needs better signage on the road. A bit slow on this occassion but all normal standard with good food and staff
