It can be quite challenging to find a McDonald's that fulfills three key criteria: a functioning ice machine, friendly staff, and accurate orders. Fortunately, this location met all of those expectations! With five kids, including a few picky eaters, I was relieved to find that everything was perfect. The food was served hot and definitely made our stop after the flight worthwhile!
I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal, a large diet soda, a banana-strawberry smoothie, and two apple pies. Unfortunately, my Quarter Pounder was missing from the order. I usually double-check my order, but I didn't this time. Is there a way for me to get a refund for that? Additionally, I tried calling the restaurant for half an hour, but no one answered the phone!
The service was fast and friendly. The staff was cheerful and polite, making for a wonderful start to my day! My order was accurate, the food was served hot, and they ensured that all the sauces and napkins were included in the bag. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!
