Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

I stepped in and ordered two Quarter Pounders along with some fries. As I was paying, a woman placed my order on the counter before I even got my change back. I began to suspect that the burgers had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while, and I was correct. They arrived cold and dry, clearly having been left out for too long. The fries were also cold. I won’t be returning to the Westwego location; it was a waste of money. What happened to the days when burgers were served hot with melted cheese? This cheese was neither warm nor gooey. It feels like a reflection of the way things are today.

I experienced another issue with my order today (01/30/21) at McDonald's breakfast, which we don't have often. The staff member taking orders accidentally entered Egg Sausage Biscuit instead of Egg Sausage Burrito. This isn't the first time this has happened. It’s crucial to retrain the staff or have someone verify orders for customers, especially since people from places like Harvey, Avondale, LA, and beyond visit for breakfast. They shouldn't have to waste gas or time, especially during these tough times!

I placed a mobile order for two breakfast burritos and an iced coffee. When I arrived for curbside pickup, I waited for 17 minutes. After that time, I decided to go inside to check on my order, and they seemed completely unaware that I had one. They assured me my food would be ready shortly, which it was, but instead of the burritos, I received two sausage biscuits.

The order at McDonald’s was correct, but the restaurant runs two drive-thru lanes at the same time. This system could work well if the staff taking orders remembered to alternate between lanes. Unfortunately, two cars that were behind me received their food and left before my order was even taken. Better training and focus on the menu process are needed. Réservez une table maintenant

This is my second visit in a month, and I ordered a hot caramel frappuccino. Unfortunately, the coffee was at room temperature and there was no whipped cream on top. The person who served me today didn't even know how to make it. From now on, I think I'll just make my own version at home instead of spending $2.18 here.

This McDonald's is truly one of the better locations. I used the app to place my order, and it was processed quickly. They didn't give me any trouble with my customizations, which is often an issue at other restaurants. Moreover, they got my order exactly right!

This is undoubtedly the worst McDonald's on the Westbank. I've attempted to eat here three times in the past month, and each time I've had to return my food. When I request something fresh, I expect it to be genuinely fresh. The fish is terrible when it's not.

The parking lot was packed, but they didn’t start serving until 6:30. I waited for about 6 to 8 minutes, but eventually I decided to leave and go to Burger King instead.

The staff often have a negative attitude, the ice cream machine is frequently out of order, and the parking lights are usually off, even when the restaurant is open.
