In my opinion, McDonald's is steadily declining. The prices are increasing while the quality of the menu items appears to be deteriorating, and there is less personal interaction. If you want a quick meal with sufficient calories, McDonald's fits the bill. However, I would suggest considering alternatives like Chick-fil-A or smaller, locally-owned restaurants. Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.
Went here for lunch. Used the drive thru to order. Experience wasn?t bad. The only issue I had was the display was reading differently than I ordered. When I tried correcting it back to the associate she kept cutting me off to tell me she understoodwhat I said regardless of what the display said. It was a bit confusing but somehow, thank goodness, my order was correct.
My daughter went through the drive through. She ordered a large fry, a small fry, a small coke, and 6 chocolate chip cookies. Her soda was only half way filled and had no ice, she was missing 3 of the 6 cookies, and they did not give her a receipt. Sowhen she went back, she was told they couldn't do anything. Will never go to this location again!
I decided to go into the restaurant to order my food and my cashier Kirea Johnson (Kiki) was very delightful and I asked a question about a specific item and she was able to give me the answer as well as I watched her help a few other people goingbeyond what some service people would do. I dont have high expectation of McDonalds. Everything was okay but the Strawberry shake. That shake tasted like it was expired or like a dentist experimented with the taste. I feel like I shaved off a year from my life drinking some of it. I look forward to the diarrhea or vomiting later.
Grabbing some greasy fries for the ride home, putting so much in my mouth i nearly choked myself. I pray that my wife doesn't see this review. This stuff is poison, hard to resist. Sorry I am an addict with poor self-control, please pray for me.
