This store deserves 0 stars for horrible and very unprofessional customer service. My family and I ordered meals through drive through after a long day. After our order was placed we drove to the first window to pay. However, there was no one there so wedrove up to the second window so we wouldn?t hold up the line. The lady who came to the window asked what we ordered. After Idescribed our order. She rudely said well you haven?t paid, were you just going to pick up the food and drive off? This wasunnecessary when it could?ve been addressed properly. She is very unprofessional, horrible customer service, and she didn?thandle the situation well. When we got home our order was not completed aft...
2nd day in a row. I tried to go to a different McDonald's than usual. The same issues arise. Which means this is the way McDonald's trains it's employees. At the drive thru on intercom the employee Passion who was taking orders is rude, an has theworst attitude. Once again the quality of service was terrible. Then I ordered a 4a which is a chicken sandwich meal. Usuallyit comes with the chicken an 2 pickles on it. I think they thought they were making a burger because my chicken sandwich camewith 2 slices of cheese on it an ketchup. My sandwich was not hot an my fries were cold. Once again why am I paying almost $10for a meal that is not fresh doesn't taste good and the service is terrible....
I refuse to go to this location. It is literally a minute drive from my house but I purposely go out of my way to go to any other location but this one. There is not a single time that they have my caramel frappe. It's basically the only thing I like from mcdonalds. Last time I actually went in to get food for my family after a long day, I waited almost 45 minutes for my food and never got my drinks. No one was up front and it took another 20 to 30 min to get someone to give me my cups...very disappointing
Drive-thru ordered. They charged me for someone else's meal. The manager tried to correct it, refunded someone elses mean and I'm not sure I ever got refunded the correct amount. The fries were cold, the nuggets were barely warm and they forgot the BBQsauce. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this McDonald's drive-thru, I remember to just avoid itfrom now on.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I reside near this McDonald's and have never been able to get an accurate order or even receive one at all. They are in need of assistance or should consider shutting down. I have to travel to 75th Avenue and Bell to visit any McDonald's. The service, quality, and customer service are all well below average.
Get ready to wait. No matter what time of day it is. I come every Thursday for the kids. The order was correct once a few months ago after 6 years. But its always an adventure. Maybe a missing straw or a sauce pack. Maybe a missing French fry. Mayne a 45min drive threw with 10 people. Never know what you're gonna get.
This cant be true, i am waiting for 15 minutes for an online order and these kids are just playing and messing around, they started after 15 min to prep the order, verry nice McDonalds!
Terrible location long wait times incorrect orders. Drive thru is closed at 10:00am on a Tuesday 9/26/23 .Update 3/25/24 it's 9:45 a.m. they don't have any coffee to serve ?.
