I have not been contacted once. 7/4/22 4:07AM closed again.Still no call from corporate or the franchisee. Absolutely terrible customer service. The wait is ALWAYS ridiculously long! How is this even a fast food restaurant? It's not. It's slow as a snail food. Every single time I've been there the service is sooooo slow! You'd think I'd learn by now! Do not waste your time coming here after 7pm. Management must be garbage. They will have a line wrapped around and tell you to place your order out the window instead (which is illogical. They are not 24 hours as listed, sometimes they close early forw.e excuse they use. This location should honestly be shut down. I am almost sure that this is one of the worst McDonald's inall of the 50 states. The district manager should be ashamed of themselves to allow their business to run like this. Have somestandards and pride in your business.
I visited McDonald's today and was shocked by how the manager spoke to a male employee. The employee had merely asked a question, but the female manager reprimanded him harshly, repeatedly telling him to use his common sense. Calmly, he asked if she would continue speaking to him that way and reminded her that this is a professional environment where she should maintain a respectful tone, especially with customers around.

The food at McDonald's was far from fresh. My Filet's bun was stale and served lukewarm, which was really disappointing. I've been to other locations where the buns are soft and fresh, and the fries are hot and tasty, even when there's a long line. I expected similar quality here. They definitely need to improve the freshness of their buns and make sure the food is served hot, especially after a long wait.
This is by far the worst McDonald's location in Prince George's County. The service is consistently very slow. The last time we waited in the drive-thru for an entire hour due to cars both ahead and behind us. While the staff hasn't been intentionally rude, the slow and inefficient service speaks for itself. I will never visit this location again.
They don't always give you receipts. And at least one every six or seven times the order is wrong, And my experience, every time it has been to the customer's disadvantage. I've never opened up the bag and found a steak inside or anything like that. Alwayshas been a noticeably less expensive food item or simply it doesn't get put in the bag.
I frequently visit McDonald's to get food for my team, but they’re often out of items like orange juice and breakfast burritos. On the bright side, the staff are always very friendly, which keeps me coming back. Still, it’s disappointing when you’re looking forward to something and they don’t have it.

The place looks great after the renovation and I got my food quickly since I only ordered one item. I do feel sorry for this location though because they're typically busy but not enough workers hope they hire more people here.
Always punctual, and the food is fantastic. I really enjoy the butter cake.
