I visited (drive thru) this location today (6/10) around 9:15 pm and did not have a good experience at all. I had to wait about 15 mins for my order that I even had to pull over to another place not to block other drive thru customers and waited for them to bring my order to my car. When I got home I realized one of my fish sandwiches was missing from my order. This must be the one that was dropped to the ground in front of my eyes and got kicked by one of the employees to the wall. I thought they would have replaced it but looks like they did not.
This McDonald?s is horrible and more people need to leave reviews so they can do something about it, I?ve been going here for literally 15 years and they are always extremely slow, their food is horrible, Got a burger once it was inedible. The only reason why I keep coming back is because it?s the only fast food restaurant in Bethany and they for sure take advantage of it. Please if u had a bad experience which I?m sure most people have) leave review let?s get rid of this place once and for all !
I gave this restaurant 2 stars mainly because my order was correct. However, the wait was really long. They don't have the same menu as other McDonald's locations, for example, there are no fries baskets or hot fudge sundaes. Yes, no hot fudge! Additionally, some of the fries were undercooked, while others tasted stale. On a positive note, the chicken nuggets were quite good and seemed fresh. However, my sundae arrived without spoons or peanuts.
