It was different. It took a while to figure out it was a menu board ordering system only. It also took almost 5 minutes of standing there trying to get someone's attention before a worker pointed to the ordering menu board. They never spoke, onlypointed in passing. For people not familiar with that system it was not a pleasant experience. Food was McDonalds food, the sameas everywhere else, it was hot and fresh but that didn't make up for the poor service trying to get it!
I never realized I had a favorite, but this McDonald's stands head and shoulders above the rest. Jeff and Alex are exceptional—if you get the chance, definitely meet them! The food is consistently well-prepared, the drinks are always strong (no watered-down soda here), and the atmosphere is lovely. They have gone out of their way multiple times to enhance my experience and accommodate my requests. Honestly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else unless I have to.
Twice in one week I've been disappointed. Earlier this week i arrived at drive thru at 6am . No lights on the outside and not sign stated they weren't but someone was sitting inside at a computer.This has happened once before and I usually go to the Downingtown location but I was running late The next was today when the only thing they had to offer were hash browns.
Ordering was quick and efficient and the associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. The dining room provided a pleasant and clean environment. My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted all right, butthe buns were a little hard and dry. Réservez une table maintenant
