I visited today and was greeted by Joanne, who took my order. She was very friendly and welcoming. However, when I received my sandwich, it was dry and appeared to be stale. I informed the manager about the issue, and she explained that this is how their spicy sandwiches are typically served. After sharing that I regularly eat these sandwiches and they never have a dry texture, the manager agreed to replace it. Joanne returned with the new sandwich and apologized, which was kind of her since it wasn't her fault. She handled the situation graciously. Honestly, I think Joanne would make a great manager!
The service here is consistently quick and friendly! The staff truly contribute to making this McDonald's a standout location. I'm impressed by their ability to be young, smart, attentive, and accurate when taking my order! I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. Once I learn their names, I'll return to leave a proper review to acknowledge their great work!
My Mom loves the Deluxe Breakfast. It comes with pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, sausage bacon. I order it head on the app and give them the code when I get there.There's always deals and you get points for everything you get. With your points you can get free things. Usually their French fries for me or a Quarter Pounder w/cheese or Filet o Fish.
My doctor suggested I try to eat oatmeal, so I tried it at McDonald's and I loved it! Not only just the Maple flavor but the container with the appropriate lid really helped me determine to continue to buy on the go.

The service here, even for a McDonald's, is probably the worst I've ever encountered. After waiting 20 minutes for fries, they somehow still got my order wrong. You really need to double-check your orders.
They got my order wrong, but they were incredibly efficient and courteous in resolving the issue.
They don't stay open till 9pm like the say they do. What a disappointment.
