I visited this restaurant's drive-thru in the morning. When I placed my order for a sandwich, the employee cut me off before I could finish and abruptly stated my total, then went silent. I told her I wasn't done ordering, but received no response. I even asked if anyone was still there. After a moment, she returned and casually said, “Sure, go ahead.” I simply wished her a good rest of her day and drove off. I found the whole experience quite frustrating.
Additionally, if you happen to stop by after 6 PM, be warned—more often than not, the fries will be greasy and limp to the point that you might just end up tossing them.
There is a new girl named Ashley.She said she just started working there,I asked cause she didn't have a name badge,One of the nicest food workers I ever met!If I could give her ten stars I wouldI also parked too far from window and she made sure she leaned out the window so I didn't get cold and wet from the snow.Said she's from NY and can handle it.This will be my breakfast spot from now on!!!!
The fries are still fantastic! I suggest having someone available to take orders for those who prefer not to use the kiosk machines.
Parking: There is plenty of parking available.
Wheelchair accessibility: You’ll need to be careful with the drive-thru line and watch out for the high drop-off, but the wheelchair access is adequate.
Went thru the drive thru to only then have to go in to fix my order. The mgr on duty who gave me my food in the drive thru was the one I went to inside who not only did not apologize but acted like it was my fault I received the wrong food.You had one job.....

I dont like the new look of our McDonald's in willard .it is drab now .yous took all the beauty away .the color is hard. I want to just drive by it .l dont go much any more. Tour out all the beautiful flowers .
Hands down the best McDonald's we've ever been to. We broke down in the drivethru, had to wait for AAA and the manager was awesome, she offered to help and gave us our breakfast at no charge.
It really depends on the staff at the time. I wish they wouldn’t be so careless with my sandwich. I know it’s fast food, but I’d appreciate it if they could make it look more presentable!
I absolutely love both the food and the service! The customer service I received from Joe W was outstanding.
