I Want everyone to no not to go to this location. I went here a few days ago and went inside to order my food and after standing next to the register for 4 a employee that looked like she was the manager yelled to me to use the Kios to witch I told her I can't I have problems with reading. She looked at me the just ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. This store doesn't care about there customers and don't care about the community that struggles with literacy. I will never go back and sure hope all of you find a different location to go to.
I go to this location almost every morning but today o has the worst experience. The system was not letting my order go through from my mobile order and the lasy at the drive their pay window was incredibly nice and called for the manager to help. The manager Janet was incredibly rude and it took everything in me to not curse her out. If you don’t like your job then quit. I am the customer and all I ask is for some respect. I’d I don’t have an attitude with you don’t have one with me.
this mcdonald’s is three blocks away from my house. I usually get out of that so I don't have to go there. they confirmed my feelings today. the children from school picked up and quickly get ice. their Shamrock fluffs have nothing but ice in the lower 2/3 and apparently a medium and a large are the same size, a little shorter than a pop can. joke's on me, I knew it better.
I order 4 mcchickens and a big fire, I got my food and I drove away. but my sandwich wasn't easy so I want to go back, told them what happened and maybe the young girl didn't hear me and that happened, she automatically calls me a lousy and sniffs the bag and stares at me one because, then another worker comes with my favorites. The staff at this restaurant on the weekend mornings, especially the woman who hands you your food, were extremely unfriendly. She did not greet me, say thank you, or smile, and this is not the first time I have had this experience with her. Even when taking my money and order, she had the same grouchy attitude. However, the staff on weekdays is completely different.
The young man working the first drive-through window was so pleasant and enthusiastic... he actually greeted me with a smile that put me in a good mood (and strangers don't usually do that to me The second window was eh. I was sloppily handed an open bag, and the person hardly made eye contact.
I ordered two big pommes with 6 ranchs. the person I gave me my money was very nice, but the guy who gave me my food confirmed that they set 6 ranchs. liar, there are only four. I don't know what to say, I'm extremely upset and blurred. Please stop fooling your customers.
