Worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting, as this is my local McDonald's Its a shame the standard of Food and service is severely lacking on every front, Every time I visit this McDonald's it gets my order wrong or when I'm asking for large fries or drink my fries are always half a box or my large drink is 3 inches from the top, its never consistent and I am forever making complaints or taking my food back, honestly people please make your complaints to Daventry McDonald's otherwise they will continue to serve subpar meals at Rocketing prices and be allowed to get away with it, Remember your paying for a service and should not be made to settle.

Get breakfast every day. Exactly the same order every day. Some days charged £8.87, some days £9.67. queried at payment window. Response was do you order different things......no exactly same ...... Do you use app......no order at drive through......don't know then, maybe the prices have gone up.....no just charged more on random days. Don't know then. Asked same question at collection window. ......sorry, don't know......you will have to talk to manager .....when they are here! NOT IMPRESSED. Need to get your act together, and maybe look at some sort of staff training and consistency in pricing.

This restaurant has significantly declined in quality over the past few months. The last two times I went through the drive-thru, I received cold food that wasn't even warm. Tonight, my son received more fries in his happy meal than I did in my regular adult meal. My fry box was only half full. On the last four visits, we requested ketchup with the kids' meal and it was forgotten every time, except for tonight. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and there weren't many of them. I will be going to the Rugby or Northampton locations next time. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

The restaurant's customer service was very poor and there was a lack of attention to food safety when it came to allergies. Despite requesting no salad and no sauce, the wrap still contained cucumber and mayonnaise. The manager insisted that it was my responsibility to check the order before leaving, but it was a drive-thru so it was difficult to do so. When I returned the food, the manager acted like she was doing me a favor and conveniently did not have contact information for the area manager. Réservez une table maintenant

Is Joe the rudest manager ever at this branch or any where in the country? He has no customer service skills. When items are missing from order rather than apologising and providing the items that have been paid for he accuses you are lying and is very rude. He should be trained or pursue a career outside of hospitality as he is very bad at it. Taking a superior tone and disrespecting paying customers is not the way to behave.

My husband, who has a disability and has a disabled parking permit, was unable to park in the designated disabled parking spaces at this restaurant. The spaces were consistently taken by Uber drivers, despite numerous complaints to the duty manager. Unfortunately, no action was taken to address the issue.

Well I must say how lovely Lauren is! Every morning I come around for my coffee and she is always smiling and having a laugh with me.If there is ever anything from with my order she’s the first to correct it and makes sure it’s correct.Makes my trip to McDonald’s great! Well done lauren!

I don't understand how this branch is still open, the stuff are always clueless, they cancel our orders on their app and too lazy and ignorant to answer their phone. I think it's about time Daventry brings in a better alternative. Réservez une table maintenant

Every day on my way to work, I stop at the McDonald's in Daventry to get coffee. nice personnel, excellent coffee The drive-thru always provides quick and efficient service.
