I really enjoy this place; it’s very comfortable. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. The location is small, with no indoor seating, but I think that actually boosts their productivity as customers can easily place orders at the drive-thru. It's clear that the employees take pride in their work, and I really appreciate that. Despite my brief interactions with the staff, they always make me feel valued as a person, not just a customer. They greet me with kind words and smiles, making the experience feel very personal. I just came to the drive-through, The girl which took my order was very rude act like she didn’t understand what I was saying, and keep asking and repeating everything I said, then when I ordered a Caramel Sunday she told me 4 times they don’t have a chocolate sundae ,I did not ask for chocolate sundae. I asked for caramel Sunday and see what I got , half cup ice cream, I tried to talk to the young man at the window and he just close the window in my my face, so I’m not about to argue with some nonsense people at McDonald’s. I’m just very disappointed for my grandbaby.He was looking for this Ice Cream.To top it off I didn’t get my rewards points on my app so I won’t come back to this McDonal...
When ordering a kids' meal, children naturally expect to receive a toy, but I never do. Additionally, when I specify that I want a number four, I assume that the staff understands that this includes a meal with fries, rather than just a sandwich and a drink, leading to a higher cost at checkout. Aside from that, the experience was pretty good.
I consistently have a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food is unappetizing, but I suppose it reflects the prices. On one occasion, I attempted to order a breakfast item and was informed that they don't serve breakfast all day, even though there was a sign right in front of me promoting a 24-hour breakfast.

Worst McDonald’s ever don’t know why I keep going ! Always something wrong item missing or wrong or old! My nuggets are always hard and nasty. Boyfriend went and got an underdone burger so nasty !
