Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

I am not happy with the large latte I received again from this restaurant. It was only half full and stone cold, with no steam or froth left. This has happened at least 3 out of the last 5 times I have visited. I don't want to complain today because last time I did, they made me wait 10 minutes for a replacement latte and gave me attitude. I expect to receive what I pay for, especially when I order a large. There was no line at the drive-thru, so there is no excuse for my drink being cold. I am disappointed with the lack of quality control at this establishment.

the manager in the service tonight (18/3/22 @7:30 watch young lady blonde haare; is the real definition of a manager! I called the restaurant because my order was just wrong. she was not only polite and understanding about the phone she was even better in person. she sorted the order that I had originally placed so quickly, apologised several times and also offered an additional item for the inconvenience. she deserves an increase in salary or something. she was such a pleasure to do with it! real customer service!

Firstly, I have to say that the service at this restaurant was terrible. I am extremely disappointed that my friend ordered a 5-piece meal and didn't receive his chips. His selects were cold and one was missing. My burger looked like it had been thrown against a wall and stomped on, and my friend's cheese bites were solid and ice cold.

very easy to order over the screens, take them a table number and wait for them to come for their meal. socially distancing. personal helpful and polite.
