Yeah, you won't believe that. An employee named Jessica who I think could be a manager, helped me when my order accidentally went wrong while driving through. When I got into the second window, my order was wrong and the staff didn't know what to do. Jessica immediately appeared on the scene and asked me if I would pull my vehicle forward a few car lengths, where they could take care of the customers behind me whose orders were ok. I said sure.
