For the life of me, I cannot understand how hard it is to read an order from the McDonald's App. I'm on keto, I want two double 1/4 pounders with cheese, no bun no toppings. Just effing cheese. What do I get? Four beef patties. No cheese. Just beef. Why wouldn't I just order two 1/4 pounders? They charge me for the cheese. This isn't the first time either. I'm all for workers rights and paying these employees a living wage, but damn at least do the bare minimum and read what the customer wants. I would encourage no one to eat here. Worst Mickey D 's so far!!! I drive a delivery truck, and was carring 2 12 ft ladders at the time.I went to the take out window, where the sign said they were open for orders from there. The woman opened the window after a few minutes of seeing me standing there, and asked what? . I asked if I could order because I couldn 't go through the drive thru, and she said no, this window is closed, and quickly shut it. True ICONIC restaurant...denying service despite being open to the public !! BK, here I come!!!!
DISGUSTING! I wish i could give zero stars Don’t go to this one. They have the worst customer service and food is trash quality! They charged me for something I didn't order and got mad at me when I said I didn’t need twelve nuggets for my 10yr old can I just get the six piece and my money back for the other six piece I DIDN'T ORDER! And she got so mad and made me wait forever just to get the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. $26 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!
Ordered an iced caramel macchiato. I’ve never been to any McDonalds that tasted like this. It tasted like pure espresso with a tiny bit of cream and no flavor. Went back and they offered remake. Taste was awful. What’s a caramel macchiato with out the flavor of caramel. I’ll never go back for this at that McDonald’s. Stuck with 2 drinks I can’t drink and terrible taste in my mouth!

I was turned away at the pickup window, and told it was currently drive-through only. It was within their hours where the pickup window is supposed to be open, there was no sign stating otherwise, and there weren't any more cars in line than there normally are. This business will just turn away customers with no good reason.
This McDonald’s drive-through is very fast. The orders are always accurate and everything is always hot. I don’t know how they do it but I enjoy this McDonald’s. There’s another one around the corner in Lincoln Park only an eighth of a mile away, cannot even be compared. Great job guys keep up the good work.
I used to frequent the McDonald's on Allen's and Southfield because of the rude employees, but unfortunately, the same issue persists at this location. The management is very poor, which is both sad and disappointing.
I was charged for a large drink but received a small one. I ordered three meals and was informed they did not have ketchup. The restaurant would benefit from new management.

The wait times at this restaurant are terrible. We waited almost 30 minutes for a burger, even though there were only 2 cars ahead of us.
