Honestly my college kids go to this McDonald's and I've only picked up a coffee through the drive thru. Mistakes constantly! Today was it and I WILL NO LONGER SPEND A PENNY HERE and that includes my kids! If you want to work here, make sure you're the LAZIEST and RUDEST you can be and you'll be hired immediately. Also, I was standing inside watching my food being made ? WOW! Pour the hot fries directly into the bin after frying without any draining, then just randomly douse them with salt! Microwaved filet of fish. Disgusting! Never again. The service is quick and they pay a lot of attention to the drive-thru since there are many homeless individuals coming inside. However, every time I went inside to place an order, it was incorrect. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with extra onions and extra sauce, but they left out the sauce entirely. A couple of days earlier, I ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions and no pickles, but they only included ketchup and mustard, and there were no onions at all. They did correct both orders each time, but it’s frustrating to have to stand in line again and get someone's attention to sort it out.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this McDonald's. The wait times were outrageous. I waited a ridiculous 20 minutes just for a smoothie! I asked about my smoothie after about 10 minutes of standing at the counter, being ignored and there was nobody that even followed up with me until they brought it out another 10 minutes later. It's unacceptable to keep customers waiting that long for a simple order. Other customers were also waiting outrageous times to just order…I won't be returning anytime soon.
I have no complaints about the staff; the two young ladies working here at 3 PM on Presidents Day really deserve a raise. They did their best to manage everything quickly, but they can only do so much with the current staffing. Mr. Owner, you should consider hiring more employees. The stress levels were high for everyone because of the staff shortage. We really love the playground, and that's why we keep coming back.

This restaurant in Westchester has a fantastic play area for kids, and the food is always served hot with friendly service. I highly recommend it!
Staff is ignorant. Sausage and bacon are skimpy. Prices are higher than Hillside. Burger King next door is better.
