Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Visited yesterday at 5pm, walked in to order takeaway, very clean, screens in place, childrens ipads appeared to be off to encourage distancing I assume. No ketchup available in the pump dispensers or condiments I assume for the same reason. All good so far Order placed using the self service screens. Awaiting order and unfortunately a staff member who appeared to be in charge? Female wearing a mask under her nose began swearing at her colleagues at such a volume it could be heard where I was stood at the screen still having placed my order!! I was With my 4 year old!! I understand we all have things go wrong but wow! Not professional!! To top this off a group of topless male teenagers entered in a group maybe 6) using foul language too along with a few of their female peers. I had to ask them to keep their physical distance. Such a shame as this isn’t McDonald’s fault but the experience I had while visiting. Also-I’m sure I was meant to have 4 mozzarella sticks in the bag but only had 3. Ordered lettuce with my burger and got 2 tiny shreds

Parked in the large retail car park where you are expected to pay for the privilege of shopping there. It was somewhere between 5pm and 6pm and desperate for coffee we found Staines devoid of any cafes that were open. Unbelievable. So, McD's was the only alternative. My daughter had an awful experience and unacceptable long wait for the order. Order numbers go up on a screen but unless you push to the front counter its a hit and miss affair if you can get the food while it is still hot or should I say lukewarm. My order was reasonably quick but maybe that was because I didnt order much however where is the sugar? the sauce? the napkins etc? Maybe they have a problem with this stuff being nicked, I dont know.

You just employ the thickest people on the planet, twice in two weeks I’ve ordered chicken nuggets with sour cream dips which I have PAYED FOR, first time they diddnt come and second their sent chilli dip you seriously need to re evaluate your staff because the receipt says sour cream they are clearly all thick as f please get new staff

Just wanted to big up Tiffany who works in Mcdonalds 2 rivers staines, who helped me download mcd app and reminded me I was running out of free parking, she was so helpful. I hope her branch manager knows how great she is

Veggie goujon burger is pathetic. No flavour and dry. Absolutely disgusting. Awful chips. Why do people go?
