To put it plainly, I'm not the biggest fan of this location because of it's very futurstic style. There are no napkins, condiments, cups, beverages etc. available for the customer. Everything has to be asked for because it's behind the counter. I am impressed however with the professionality of the managers. They seem very focused on their work and bringing the customer a good quality experience. In total, with that said, I give it 3 out of 5 stars
The staff at this restaurant seemed uninformed and rushed, likely due to poor management and inadequate staffing. The prices are excessively high for what amounts to artificial and filler food. I cannot recommend this place as it doesn’t offer healthy options. I would be surprised if the owner actually eats here themselves.
Very poor service. The Mgr. Behind the counter rude . Especially to children. What do you want ? no patience whatsoever. I wish I would of saved my receipt. This man doesn't belong at the register dealing with the public. It's not the first time this has happened here.
The food is consistently warm and tasty. However, each time I visit, I notice new changes that can be quite off-putting. For instance, there's now only a cashier, and the self-serve soda station is gone—you have to fill your own drink instead. Réservez une table maintenant
In the past I posted a negative review because of a previous matter but overall this I s a very good store with well trained and polite employees. Most have been there a long time and deserve a good rating. Thank you!
Overpriced. $13.54 for Happy meal and large fries includes extra .49 for Chocolat milk Charges extra for drink for happy meal and play place pictures are mostly not the play place it shows online.
I received the wrong chicken sandwich. Despite having clearly discussed my order, they still got it wrong. It felt like a reminder of grammar school mistakes.
