I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and quality of food. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a swift and pleasant ordering experience. The cleanliness of both the dining area and restrooms was noteworthy. I tried their signature Big Mac and fries, which were both fresh and delicious. This location is usually pretty quick, but then again, I usually order ahead from the app in the morning 1 block away and it's usually ready by the time I get there. No issues either the few times I've ordered during lunch hours. The staff seems to work hard to get everyone their order as quickly as possible. The only thing is napkins. I don't get any unless I ask them or they'll ask me if I want some. Really? Don't see how anyone would not want napkins included with their order. Otherwise, a good place to go to...
Have you ever wanted mc d 's so much but hate the service and atmosphere? Well today I tried their new 'create your own burger ' set up and had it delivered to my table and had someone do a drink change and get me napkins Fantastic idea: Much better quality food and nice friendly service. Loved it
A very friendly and very pleasant staff member helped my colleague and I navigate the touch screens. The level of customization and the whole ordering experience was awesome, and liked the atmosphere a lot upstairs.

The Best Macdonald's I've had since arriving in New York. The service, establishment and meal was outstanding. Worth a visit if you are in that section of NYC.
