Mcdonald's Restaurants

This location no longer has a play area, just a bare room in its place, and is somewhat run down. We visited twice out of convenience while on a trip. The food is typical McDonald's fare, nothing exceptional. We all ordered meals. In the afternoon, we tried some donuts which were a bit disappointing, especially the glazed chocolate ones that appeared melted on display - likely from sitting out all day rather than being fresh from the oven. The staff, although friendly and nice, encountered some issues with our mobile order as they don't receive them often and their system flags them. Stopped by on a Sunday morning. Walked in, saw a small lineup so went to use the restroom. Placed my order, had a chat with a local, and received my food before someone else who had been waiting for over 12 minutes. However, I later realized my dark roast coffee was decaf, which was disappointing. The manager at the Quesnel McDonald's didn't seem to be doing a good job on a relatively quiet Sunday morning. I hope they can improve their service next time I pass through, or else I may choose to go to Tim Horton's instead.

I had breakfast at this restaurant twice in the span of four days while passing through. The food was fresh both times. The counter service could have been better, as it seemed like the employee might have been new or not trained properly on the register due to the self-service kiosks. Our special instructions were not initially followed, but they were corrected without any issues. The manager also seemed to have a less than ideal attitude. However, considering it's McDonald's, it is what it is.

This is the quickest curbside delivery I have experienced. The servers are friendly and courteous. Although mistakes can happen due to the high volume of orders and new employees, overall the service and speed are excellent compared to other nearby locations. Réservez une table maintenant

Had the absolute best chicken nuggets at this location. They must have been fresh out of the fryer cause they were hot and crispy and the chicken inside was moist and very flavourful. The new Cajun dipping sauce actually has some kick!

I was very disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. I ordered a coffee and two blueberry muffins, but when I arrived at the window, I was left waiting for a few minutes without receiving my order.

I always use the drive-thru to order, and the staff are always cheerful when I request fresh french fries. I consistently receive hot and freshly cooked fries, which is very important to me. Réservez une table maintenant

Quick and convenient. The majority of the staff is excellent. I wish I could place more than one order per car and not have to drive around multiple times, but it's okay.
