I remember my first job was at McDonald's back in 1986. Back then, you could work in any area, and it was well-organized. Nobody ever just stood around; if you did, you could get fired—after signing your file three times, of course. You could get in trouble for little things, like not wearing a name tag or being late. McDonald's has really gone downhill since then, and its popularity has decreased. It’s just not the same anymore. I’m not even sure if kids still have birthday parties there. What bothers me the most is that in 30-degree weather, they don’t even bother to fold the bag to keep the heat in. If we had done that back in my day, we would have faced consequences. Every time I go to this McDonald's something is wrong with my order, so I have gotten into the habit of checking before I leave, even at the drive through. I have been short changed more than once on chicken nuggets so I even have to open the box and count them. When I pointed out that they didn't put the correct amount in my order they looked at me like I must have eaten one to try and scam them, but grudgingly replaced the missing nugget and gave me 2 extra. Nice I guess, but shouldn't have to count my kid's chicken nuggets every time to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of this establishment, the quick service, and the exceptionally friendly staff. The young woman who took my order was very pleasant and greeted me with a bright smile. As I waited, which was only a brief moment, a manager came over to see if I needed anything. After my meal, another manager asked how my lunch was and if I was satisfied. If your company could use this location as a model for all your sites, I believe it would lead to increased success and customers who are eager to return. Thank you, Roger Guillotine.

I will never go back to this McDonald 's. on numerous occasions (4 times) they make you sit at the drive-thru speaker without even acknowledging you . When they do answer, they talk to you like I shouldn 't be there. They alway respond saying they have an issue that they say they have to deal with. Maybe respond to the customer that you 're having a problem so we don 't have to sit there and wait with no response, then we can decide to leave. management here is the shitz Réservez une table maintenant

I went to McDonald’s and got chicken nuggets with Big Mac sauce dip. They have the little Big Mac dipping sauces now, and that’s what I wanted, but instead they put “no sauce” by my meal and then i got Big Mac sauce that goes on burgers and got charged extra for the sauce. Not happy.

I love the drive-thru! I usually stop by for coffee and dinner every day. The staff is always so friendly when I place my orders. I rarely experience any mistakes with my orders, and they serve me in a timely manner. I’m definitely coming back!

Absolute garbage as usual. Wait in the parking lot after 15mins in drive through lineup. 10mins and counting. This is 5/5 times I’ve waited in the past 4 months. I’m boycotting this place from here on out. Wow.

I was asked to leave a survey by an employee (if I look at the evaluation, I understand why). I refused. My order was small and waited a little longer, but my poutine and coffee was like I ordered it. Réservez une table maintenant

It took them around 8 minutes to answers us in the drive thru, the food same as always but the owner should take a look on the staff since this is not the first time that this has happened.

Its 50/50 here at best. It's like being a kid again and getting a surprise goody bag. You never know what will be in it. As fo the food it's typical McDonald's greasy and salty.
