I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru due to an employee named Brittany, who was rude and unhelpful from the moment I placed my order until I reached the payment window. She not only had a poor attitude but also refused to give me my receipt. When I asked for it, she claimed the printer wasn't working, even though I saw her load more paper in it. I offered to wait for her to print it, but she still declined until I requested that she call her manager. Having worked at McDonald's in the past, I know that this is not the way to treat customers. The manager assured me she would address the issue with Brittany, but I was frustrated that such behavior was allowed to continue. Overall...
I rarely ever give a 1 star rating but boy do they deserve it their curbside pickup is absolutely atrocious with barely any customer traffic took them 15 minutes to even bring out the food the app gave an estimated completion time of 5 minutes I'm notsure why it would take three times that to complete it and upon receiving my food there wasn't even a simple sorry for the waitenjoy your day probably won't be going back to this location in the future and I would suggest you do the same if curbside isyour normal method
I would give this place zero stars if I could. After a long day at work, I stopped here to pick up dinner for my family. I was asked to park and wait, which I didn’t mind. However, when I got home and saw the food, the pictures speak for themselves. The food was so old it should have been discarded instead of sold. I wasted $40 here. I recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy eating expired food.
