I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru due to an employee named Brittany, who was rude and unhelpful from the moment I placed my order until I reached the payment window. She not only had a poor attitude but also refused to give me my receipt. When I asked for it, she claimed the printer wasn't working, even though I saw her load more paper in it. I offered to wait for her to print it, but she still declined until I requested that she call her manager. Having worked at McDonald's in the past, I know that this is not the way to treat customers. The manager assured me she would address the issue with Brittany, but I was frustrated that such behavior was allowed to continue. Overall...
