I had a really frustrating experience at the restaurant. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but they charged me for the most expensive item on the menu—a quarter pounder meal. I can't believe they mixed that up! When I asked for a refund, the staff member told me there would only be a 30-cent difference. That's just unacceptable!
Terrible experience! They messed up my order, and when I called to address the issue, the staff was very rude. Even after contacting them a second time, they still couldn’t get it right. I won't be going back to McDonald's.
I'm often disappointed because they rarely have macchiatos or the items I'm looking for. They're either out of stock or the machines aren't working, which is really frustrating.

Whole order was wrong. Bacon quarter pounder came with only patty and cheese nothing else at all. Mc doubles were wrong as well.
