I waited at least five minutes in the drive-thru today for a lukewarm cup of coffee. The staff mentioned they were waiting for fries for the customer in front of me, yet they didn’t ask her to pull up to the third window to keep the line moving. It would help if the two managers paid attention to what was happening inside the restaurant instead of chatting and being affectionate outside. This behavior is completely unprofessional—I’ve seen it before! The female manager is rude and unhelpful. I overheard her respond dismissively to a customer who complained about being ignored by an employee. If an employee can’t assist someone right away, they should at least acknowledge the customer and let...
Very poor. First, I was skipped over, as 3 other cars went by. So I just drove to the window so I could place my order. Instead of just admitting he was wrong, he tried to say it was someone else. Then when I do order, he gets the order wrong. So I have to pay again. Then a guy brings out part of my order and tries to say that's all I had. Finally a second person brings out the rest of the order and the first guy just stands there looking stupid. That's what happens when you have young kids with no supervision running things.
I came here tonight to pick up food for my kids, and they couldn’t make up their minds, so I had to change my order once. The staff at the speaker told me not to change it next time, but I believe I should be able to modify my order as I see fit, especially since I’m the one paying. To make matters worse, they still got my order wrong and had an attitude about it. Overall, I experienced extremely poor customer service.
It's a McDonald's, so we all know what to expect. However, the location in Taylor, TX stands out for its cleanliness and brightness, and they serve your order quickly. I can't say the same for other McDonald's locations, so I felt it was important to leave a positive review for this one.

I just have to say that Seth was amazing today! So very kind attentive to his customers. The cleanliness of the store. Kept checking to see if we needed refills even watched my grandkids so I could use the restroom. Will definitely be back when in town!
Gross. ?? I found a grey hair on my Spicy McChicken. Just letting y'all know, might need to order some hair nets back there. Also, yall forgot the cheese. ?
The service was awful, and they consistently mess up my orders. The food no longer tastes like it used to.
