Put in a mobile order for a large iced coffee and was given a black coffee when I told them I wanted cream in it she said ?**** I don?t have time for all that? I used to work here, it takes LESS time to press a button to dispense cream than to fill a bag up with cups of creamer. Tyshann was great though as always! Went by yesterday at 12 and the lobby was locked. Same MOD that said ?**** I don?t have time for that? opened the door and said they were keeping the lobby closed for the day??
This is the worst McDonald's I’ve ever been to, and that says a lot. The fries were covered in some strange, unpleasant seasoning. The service was awful. After reaching the speaker to place my order, I waited five minutes before anyone responded. The staff seemed unprofessional and confused. I was given the wrong drink, and when the employee returned with the replacement, the lid wasn't even secured. The sweet tea was very diluted and lukewarm.
If you want a bad start to your day, try this location. 6:15 am. Sausage biscuit 2 hashbrowns. Pay and then sit for 10 minutes while another car waits at the 2nd window. Finally ask and they say he is waiting on burrito. They chose to leave everyone waiting instead of pulling the car up... or just bringing me my order through the 1st window. Not a bit of thinking. Ended up 15 minutes or more. Terrible service and terrible management.
They really make you feel like an inconvenience when ordering. I paid for my food and realized I was missing a fry, so I went inside to ask for it. When I got home, I noticed my 10-piece nugget order was missing. I was okay with that since my kids could share the burger instead. But when I checked the burger, this is how it was. Came through the drive thru at 2 am ordered one double cheeseburger after they shorted me on my change which happens every time I go here but I took 1 bite and spit out the burger it was cold like it came out of the refrigerator. I tried to call and tell them but of course no one answered the phone. I guess it?s to much to ask for quality service at 2 am but atleast make the food edible.

The sweet tea is too sweet. This is an update on my experience with this store. The interior has been renovated. The food was very good. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was prepared perfectly. The sandwich was not dry at all. Five Star this time Round due to the wonderful service I received and the Sweet Tea was normal and not overly sweet.

They served me two old Mc Chickens which probably were cooked the night before. My fries were half cooked and soggy. I?ll never eat here again.
