McDonald's - Réservation de table

All the food was cold. Received a mcdouble instead of mcchicken and 2 cherry pies instead of apple pies. Walked inside for a refund, they insisted on remaking it. The remade food was just as cold and the buns were stale. And I got the same 2 cold cherry pies again instead of apple. I pull to the window for a refund and was told they can?t give refunds. Plus the guy had kept my reciept from when I went in the first time and now he says it can?t be reprinted. He says they don?t serve apple pies here (I attached a pic that says they do. This McDonald's is owned by a lady of Hispanic or Latino descent. Not withstanding or judging. When she's there the place is run with precision and efficiency. This equals out to, fast service, hot fries everything. However when she's not there, be prepared to wait and then wait some more. Hopefully you will get your fries hot. It may be the fact that she runs a tight ship and is very good at what she does. Making sure that everyone gets in and out in a timely manner, as it should be. When she's not there it's like the employee are too tired or just don't care. Therefore I just as soon not waste time going there.
