Worst experience of my life. I arrived at the drive-through at 9:34 PM on Sunday July 16th. I went through the drive-through and the representative asked me what I wanted and I said 2 ice cream cones. I waited there for 10 minutes for them to tell me a total but they'd never said anything. Proceeded to move forward to the 1st drive-through window. I started to move back-and-forth backing up my car and moving forward to see if they're going to open up the window one of the 2 windows so i could pay. One girl came to the window started to open it but then maybe she was trying to make sure it was locked and did not say anything to me. I finally moved forward to the 2nd window and after 5 minutes...
Was in drive through for almost 20 minutes—was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t ready—waited while 4 or 5 cars got their food (keep in mind my order only included nuggets and fries)—finally went inside—waiting at the register for almost five minutes just to get somebody’s attention—plenty employees completely ignoring me at the register. Finally somebody come to help (the same lady who had told me to pull forward 15 minutes before)—I told them I had waiting to my nugget order—the lady just opened a bag and took a ten piece that was already sitting at the counter ready—I had to remind her to put in the fries, because she didn’t even bother to look up my order.I’ve also had other fr...
this 5 star rating belongs to corrine (sun 8/7 7am). corrine was the epitome of large customer service: friendly, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. corrine recognized me at an animated time (so I had nothing to wait). when she came to me, she took a minute to understand what I needed and went on to make sure that my long order was exactly processed (I had several small items that she ranked as one, but individually for a simpler delivery to my personal). it also made the perfect recommendation for an alternative product, as the ordered was no longer available. Literally sat their for about an hour maybe since their lobby was closed. Yet the door says it closes at 10? It was 8:50 when we got their. And they let a whole other person in to get his food and drinks which I’m guessing their friends while my brother and I were waiting outside for our food. Doesn’t make sense. They looked at us and didn’t mind opening the door telling us they were closed until about 9:30. But they Instead gave their friends food while my brother and I walked to get our stuff we paid for and didn’t even get. I did call twice and the second call got declined. not professional at all : .

I would give this place 5 stars if they always had the shaker available. It seems like they either need more maintenance staff or they shut down the shaking machines a bit too early. I'm not sure who has it better, McDonald's or Jamocha—I'd lean towards Jamocha, though!
I'm not sure what it is about McDonald's burgers, but I would definitely choose one over a grilled burger any day! When I visit, I usually spend a few hours there since I don't have electricity at home, and the staff is always attentive and incredibly helpful.
This is the number one McDonalds in the country. Fast excellent customer service. I have been a happy customer for many years. Always get a big smile from all employees. Maricela is awesome always making sure all customers are treated like royalty
This McDonald's is COMPLETELY horrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We wait in the drive through for 15+ minutes every time. And orders are NEVER accurate. Staff are arrogant and rude. I won't go back. Absolutely horrible.

terrible that they have roasted my pommes, and they are soaked in oil. The worst I ever had. it is disgusting and there the customer service is also disgusting. they are too lazy to actually make new pommes. nasty and always.
