I visited the drive-thru on November 19, 2022, around 8:10 PM and ended up leaving at 8:22 PM without placing an order. After waiting for 10 minutes without any response from the microphone, I attempted to speak up and even honked my horn, but no one came to assist me. Eventually, I drove to the pickup window to ask if anyone was taking orders. The manager, who I assume was in charge, was quite rude and disrespectful. She claimed that someone had come to the microphone and said I drove off, but I explained that I had only approached the window after waiting for 10 minutes. I recently had my first experience at this restaurant and I was very impressed! It's situated in Forest Park, GA, and I found it to be extremely clean. The restaurant is conveniently attached to a Shell gas station. The manager was incredibly friendly and supportive, showing appreciation for his team's hard work. I noticed several staff members assisting customers at the kiosks, which was wonderful to observe. The parking lot is spacious and includes some handicapped spaces. The girls at this location treat their job like social hour. A LINE was waiting outside at 2 pm and someone had to HONK for them to take our order. And then the girl taking my order kept acting like she couldn’t hear me because she was too busy giggling with her friends. The reason for the 3 stars is because my nuggets and fries were fresh and my sprite was CRISP!
I arrived at the restaurant and was told by an employee that they were holding all orders due to too many cars parked. However, there were actually no cars around, just two vehicles in the drive-thru. There should really be undercover fast food employees inspecting these places where we spend our money.

I visited the drive-thru to pick up a coffee, but the attendant misunderstood my order. When I pointed this out at the window, she was quite rude and simply replied, "It's okay," before tossing my card on the ground. It's important for you to pay closer attention to your franchise and management team.
I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Around 12:10p.m was asked to move up and over 5 cars came and left. Just wondering how long it takes to make that. ? It's now 12:32 p.
I didn't purchase anything because the place needs a thorough cleaning. I'm not sure who's managing it, but the overall atmosphere is quite unprofessional and lacking.
I used to blame the employee's now i understand with this economy that they don't get paid enough, which can cause low morale and interest in the job.

The experience was terrible! The service was incredibly slow, my orders were completely incorrect, and the staff had bad attitudes.
It was quite good. I'm not a big fan of fast food, but the staff were very friendly.
