During my drive from Canada to Florida with a puppy, I had to make quite a few stops. I was delighted when I arrived at this McDonald's, as it provided the perfect opportunity to use the restroom and grab a snack. What really made my day was the chance to let my puppy off her leash for a little while so she could expend some energy! The off-leash area was spacious and clean, with benches nearby where I could sit and enjoy my meal. I took note of this exit number so I can come back next time I make that drive with my dogs.
My experiences are usually good but whoever the manager was tonight 7/07/22 at 10:24 PM needs to get put in her place . She?s lucky i had my baby in the car because you guys would have had to close down. Instead of getting smart with me you should thinkabout going to the gym?I?m just going to call you Precious since i don?t know your name. This McDonald's has become my favorite! Something must have changed recently, as it used to be one of the worst. Now, the staff is friendly, and the food is served hot and tastes great. Just the other day, I ordered a burger that looked exactly like the ones in the ads—no joke! I highly recommend checking them out. They've officially become my all-time favorite McDonald's!
This location was out of all fountain drinks and had ice cream but apparently couldn't make shakes. The wait time was at least 20 minutes from the point where you place your order. Additionally, the employees were taking out the trash one bag at a time, and the bags weren’t even large enough to require so many people handling them.

I’m not sure if previous reviews were accurate, but we ordered our food and were greeted by polite staff. The drive-thru was quick, and we didn't have to wait 20 minutes for an incorrect order. Everything was so much better this time. Great job, everyone!
The customer service at this restaurant was not satisfactory. The manager seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. Overall, the service was quite slow, resulting in a disappointing experience.

Most of the time, I only grab coffee here, and about half the time, my order is wrong. Unfortunately, this is the only McDonald's nearby.
