Service has really gone down. The online orders and drive through are more important than the customers that walk into the restaurant. The wait is too long and you don't get acknowledged. I heard an employee tell the manager the area she was asked to restock was not her section and didn't want to do it. WHAT? That is her job to help where needed. The cashier that rang me up was asked for ice cream cones and said after that he did them he was leaving because he was off at 7:00 pm and it was already 7:15pm. I was glad to see the manager working as best she could but the workers clearly didn't want to move fast or care about customers. They manager asked several times for items and all I heard...
my son and I ordered our meal that I thought cost more than it should, but did not get in when we returned our food, it was all wrong apparently there was a need man who knew nothing about specializations. what bothered me was treated like a criminal to ask to be refunded and given the right food. I explained to myself a hired person who told her manager false information when the manager who had blonde haare, with me about the question, n make right instead gives me back the wrong food and leaned my refund she complained she could not because she had to explain herself to her gm! that was a miracle and service SUCKED..I wont be rack.
Horrible ... so slow. Lazy to serve vanilla cones . Waited 20 mins and couldn't get out of line . Excuse was they didn't have ice cream . Had to order something to make it worth the wait at least . Ordered a large coke ... looked like it had been sitting out for a while melted most of the ice sitting . I mean for the reviews looks like they need to find a better manager . A better system just horrible
under the construction but still my favorites mcdonald’s and scottsdale foods is always hot and the customer service is amazing, even if it is currently driving, it will redesign how everything remains beautiful, that is how I make it especially in scottsdale always my mcdonald’s for living the bier start back when it is ready to roll, otherwise they only earn five stars today

Got our order wrong on curbside, multiple times. Didn't get a refund, didn't get a my order fixed. Don't think I'll eat at this McDonald's again since I don't ever get what I order, apparently the restaurant likes to order for me and take stuff off while I pay full price.
Literally such a horrible location. I do a mobile order almost every morning cause this is the only place on my way to work, takes atleast 10, maybe 15 minutes of me waiting for my food. What’s the point in the mobile order if we still need to wait 10-15? For 2 ITEMS!!!
no ice, no cake around 1 00 a.m. on Friday this is a regular event at this particular mcdonald’s, too many lazy under trained staff working here! the customer service is also terrible, avoid these mickey d’s like the plague!
They straight up good takes a long time cause they are always busy but. But it's chill there and they always make food for fresh Fry's and food foodKid-friendliness: They have a play house and it's nice and clean..

my coffee was bitter that I had to get through the drive again? to ask for sugar and creamer and a water cup with a few splashes haseluss as my was not done right, also not my mann’s food: 3/5
Long wait for a simple Mc muffin order, there was like 5 customers at the restaurant when i came by and it should have not taken that long. Will not be visiting again.
