The somewhat hidden location in the Shoppy (pedestrian exit/entrance, in winter there is an ice rink in front makes it a little more difficult for new customers to find it. I found the food good, prepared warm (I've also gotten my menu cold in other Mc branches. What I noticed is the stress, the restaurant is often visited by families, especially during the evening sales. If you like it quiet while eating, this is the wrong place for you. On my last visit (9/27/24 I sat on one of the wooden benches at the back left of the window. I found the seating to take some getting used to. Just McDonald’s! When you get hungry and you have to go quickly, the McDonald's in Schoppyland Schönbühl is a good choice. The service is quick and the burgers are as good as they come. Every now and then I treat myself to a Big Mac there – a classic! Vegetarian options: It has some vegetarian options Parking: Because it is a shopping center, there is a lot of parking space here Kid friendliness: Very very very child friendly. Schlechtester McDonalds der Schweiz. Unsympatische Mitarbeiter*innen, lange Wartezeiten und die Burger sehen aus, als wären sie in der Küche herumgeworfen worden. Nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit (für 2! Burger, ohne Menü wurde auf meine Reklamation geantwortet ist halt nun so. Ohne Entschuldigung oder sonst was. Absolute Schande für das Franchise.
Unsanitary conditions. We couldn’t eat there because we didn’t find where to wash our hands. There was toilet at the end of Shoppyland, but there was no soap. I asked McDonald's staff where I could sanitize my hands, they said they had nowhere. I ate my cold order at home.
