I ordered two plain cheeseburgers with only cheese, but I received regular cheeseburgers instead. I returned to the restaurant and calmly explained the situation to the staff while showing them the incorrect order. They were fantastic in resolving the issue—very polite and professional. I never felt uncomfortable during the process. Overall, it was a great experience!
This place gets pretty crowded and it sometimes takes a little bit longer than usual but for the most part they do have a great customer service team, and that is why I don't mind the longer wait at the drive-thru, but if you don't mind getting out of your car if you go inside it will make getting your order a little bit faster.
I celebrated my nomination tonight at this fantastic place. We had an amazing evening, and the atmosphere was the perfect setting for our joyful celebration. The staff worked wonderfully together, the food was delicious, and my friends were delighted. We will definitely come back for more special occasions. Thank you very much!

Your sign indicates that you're open 24 hours on weekends starting Friday, but it appears that the 24-hour service actually begins at 5 AM on Fridays.
