I've eaten in your McDonald's in the past, and I'm happy to hear that you're enough about all your customers and their security to risk your own to protect one of us. It is not often that the employees of any institution would do that, and I have never heard of a manager who does that before, so many thanks.

This restaurant review gives 5 stars to the assistant manager who stepped in to protect a transgender woman and her friend from a group of ignorant, bigoted, and potentially violent men who threatened them because of their identity. Thank you, the world needs more people like you.

I wanted to thank you for having hired managers to stay in their stores for the bullets. Recently a customer was threatened by someone because he was trans, but the manager stood up for them and called the police. Thank you for being your restaurants a safer place for all people.
